Our market 'niche' is commercial, industrial, institutional, plaza and government properties. We provide experienced personnel that are kept well informed of the customer's needs and expectations. We also subcontract 8 farm tractors with snow pushers and two Bobcat skidsteers with sweeping attachments. Equipment: Six trucks equipped with snow plows, seven trucks with salting units, four crew cab trucks with trailers, two loaders with snow pushers and buckets, two skidsteers equipped with sweeping units and buckets, seven sidewalk tractors equipped with plows and pull-behind salters and various snow blowers and salt spreaders. Weather: On average about 10 significant snow falls per season and 35 salt applications per season. During the 2004/2005 season, they plowed 11 times and salted 37 times. Customer base: Client list includes large hospitals and health facilities, major hotels, commuter train depots and parking lots, downtown business complexes and large industrial properties within Greater Toronto. |
